What data we collect

Email address and first name — when you subscribe to The Containment Brief or download a document via the lead magnet form. Name, email address, and message content — when you use the correspondence contact form. Email address — when you submit the pre-assessment questionnaire via Typeform.

How we use it

Email addresses collected via subscription forms are used to send The Containment Brief and the PAC email sequence. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Correspondence form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Questionnaire responses are reviewed by Dr Scheer personally and are not shared with third parties.

Third party processors

ConvertKit processes email address and first name for the purposes of sending emails. ConvertKit is GDPR-compliant. Calendly processes your name and email address when you book a Diagnostic Conversation. Typeform processes your questionnaire responses. Google Analytics processes anonymised website usage data with IP anonymisation enabled. Formspree processes your name, email, and message when you use the correspondence form.

Cookies

This website uses cookies for Google Analytics and email subscription functionality. A cookie consent banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

Your rights

Data retention

Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Correspondence enquiry data is retained for twelve months. Questionnaire responses are retained for the duration of any engagement and deleted on request thereafter.
